Tim Horton's howdy CFS fans !I am getting really frustrated with Tim Horton's lately as they never seem to have the ingredients to make their new Frozen Lemonades. The lady says that they never order in enough and run out really quick. Ever since they started selling them it has been almost impossible to get them. I like them, for 1 dollar that is. The last few times I was not able to order 1 because they were out and now today on the hottest day so far this spring of 24-25 they had none again. Tim Horton's really grinds my gears :@

Definitely reason to be frustrated there. I hope they smarten up. the weather is only going to get hotter and if they can't keep up now i don't even want to know how bad it'll be later. Thankfully we haven't had any issues with the frozen lemonades, they're always in stock here. What they run out of a lot around here is the ingredients for sandwiches and wraps. Which is also incredibly frustrating.

That is very frustrating!!! I for one don't care for them, they are "all right" I'm a big coffee drinker there, and I hate it when they screw up the order, but thankfully that doesn't happen often!!!

I can't even count how many times I've had my order screwed up. It's such a regular thing now. The order screw ups don't bug me as much as their poor customer service. Lots of the people that work there just seem miserable and they're wayy less than friendly.
I went in once with my boyfriend and when we were deciding what to get he spotted a box of their blueberry tea in the rack behind the counter. He loooves their blueberry tea so that's what he decided to get. The rack with the tea he wanted wasn't at the cash we ordered at it was at the opposite end of the counter. When we ordered the lady kept telling us over and over that they were out of blueberry tea even though we kept telling her that we could CLEARLY see it from where we were standing. FINALLY she punched it in, let out a big huff and quite literally stomped *all the way* over to get it. The tea was awesome..her lack of wanting to walk a whole 8 or 9 steps to get it... not so awesome.
As for wrong orders..
The screw up that sticks out the most is when I ordered a steeped tea on the drive home from Northbay. I got my cup and as I was leaving I realized it was a coffee not a tea so I went back and told the girl she'd given me the wrong thing and she said "yea, that's because we were all out of steeped tea" ...uh what??
So instead of letting me know or offering me a bagged tea she just decided I'd much rather a coffee. Thanks lady.
Ah, but for all my complaining I still go back
I'm sure I've had plenty of great experiences too, but the bad ones always stick out more it seems. Win 1 of 2 $25 Gift Cards to Cineplex Odeon!http://winjunkie.com/c/171/u/vpbhfok Ends March 24th 2013

They must have the world record for order screw ups compared to most "fast food" type places. One time I placed an order for 4 chicken ranch wraps to go with 4 muffins and 4 coffee/teas and they loaded up the bag for me and when I got home to give everyone their lunch, I found they gave us all cheese tea biscuits, 2 ham and Swiss sandwiches and 3 coffee and one cup had hot water in it. ugh. But i do enjoy their wraps and stuff but it gets annoying as well when the orders are screwed up so much.

The good thing about their new app for android is that you can contact their head department with complains via email and they get back to you within 24 hours

I hate Tim Hortons! My sister once bought some tea there, they handed her a teapot but no cup. When she asked for a cup, they had no idea what she was talking about! I mean come on! How dumb can they be?
They consistently get orders wrong, a friend of mine works there and just hates it. The pay is lousy and will stay lousy because if you don't like the wage, you can always quit, someone will be willing to work for min wage.
I really dislike Timmy's and refuse to go there.

Aww, as an employee of Tim Hortons, I feel horrible for the bad experiences you all talk about. I know our store has it's fair share of "screw ups" but I also know that we will do whatever it takes to make sure it doesn't happen again!
I am all about great customer service, and no matter what store I go in, if the service could be better, I always tell someone about it, give them pointers and whatnot.

If there's an issue use the number. Those comment cards don't do much because the manager/asst mgr/supervisor can just toss them out. If you phone the number itself the Regional Manager/District Manager/Store Manager all get a copy of the information. That and they have a tendency to give customers gift cards to make up for screwups.

Tim Horton's locations are really hit or miss based on their employees and who the trainers at that location are. As a former employee, I noticed that every manager/trainer had a different approach. If they were putting more focus on being efficient with time, and not quality&customer service, then its loss to the company, but it happened a lot. They are really concerned with getting things done as fast as possible. Quality is not always the number one priority unfortunately.
