Holy Viral Marketing.
I get atleast 3 emails from them weekly about supposed "Free Items" I could get, well let me tell you guys something; Unless you are planning on actually placing a order through them and jut getting the freebies as perks, I wouldn't bother.
I signed up for all the freebies on the site, shirt,cup, buisness cards and what have you to get to the checkou and find after shipping my total is 33 dollars, kinda funny considering I live not an hours drive from the Vista-Print factory (My friend works there...)
AND The option to pick it up being such a close distance and all is not availible. lol total Scam.

yea lol even other freebie newsletters refer me to them saying I won a little gifty and its always the same story- not completely free on account of the shipping. Seriously these guys advertise so much but I bet nobody hardly orders the stuff.

I get those emails too. I have emailed them and told them that it's strange that it says "free" but I end up having to pay at the end. No response of course. lol.

I ordered business cards from them. They were quite cheap (i think they were "free" and the shipping was about ten bucks?) but now I am regretting it because I get TONS of emails from them. TONS!!! And of course it is always for "free" items that really aren't.

I get emails from them and I've never ordered a thing! AND like Destiny says getting emails from other 'people' saying I won something! I get so excited only to find it's their 'free' stuff which is not entirely free! Ugh

This is the exact same thing here for me! I hate it so much and I've even tried unsubscribing to the emails and I STILL somehow get them. What retards!

i own a small business so i dont really mind their "freebies" although they may not be free its a heck of a lot cheaper buying business cards ect... from them than getting them in the small town i live in but i do agree they send WAY to many emails tho

I agree with everyone! I get the emails for *free* all the time. Doesn't seem to matter what I get for free, my bill always ends up being a minimum of 10 bucks! However, there are the times when it IS worth the shipping for the free item.
I got a custom calendar for free + $7 shipping. Turned out looking great and I was able to put all my own photos on each month. Also it gave me the option to have special dates and icons on whatever dates I wanted.
I was able to get a Totally custom calendar for under $10.

I've used them before as well. I bought custom notepads and sticky notes. It was a good deal and the printing on the products looked very nice and professional.
I too got annoyed at the number of emails sent. I went through the link on one that promised "free" business cards and after customizing my cards and going all the way through to the order page I found out that because of the customizing fees they ended up being more than I wanted to spend, even including the "free" promotion.
In all I was satisfied with their service but I would have more respect for them, and maybe do more business with them if they were more upfront about their offers and advertised them as discounts and not "free", which they're not.

I went through the whole song and dance trying to get the "free" stuff - turns out they wouldn't take my Mastercard gift card. They want my REAL Credit card number. They set off my alarm bells, so I did some google searching for complaints...
Turns out there are a lot of unhappy people complaining on various forums about ordering something from Vistaprint, then months later finding that Vistaprint's been charging they're card monthly - just a little - over and over for some "maintenance" fee or somesuch nonsense.

They are a promo company, they will send you out a free sample if you are looking at ordering promo items, this is fair i find as they are infact a promo company and not a freebie site.
