Hope it comes but after I completed the survey it asks for emails from friends to refer and the page does not exist after you click submit. So I really hope the referral page doesn't have to be complete to confirm the offer.

I sent for it and referred two people as well. When I clicked the "submit" button on the referral page it kept coming back to the referral page. Soooo, guess I'll wait and see what happens. It would be nice if it comes, I would be willing to buy their product and fill up my freezer, sure would save on those trips (& gas) to the store.
