Just a bit of info you might be interested in, if not, feel free to ignore me. It is being suggested now by the Canadian medical association and the FDA, that cough syrup should not be administered to children under the age of 6. I do not mean to appear "preachy" but when it comes to children, I just like to make sure that others are aware of this.

Forgive me... I was not aware that this was all natural with out any drugs in it. I apologize for jumping to conclusions.

I use a spoonful of honey on my children whenever they have a cough and it works fantastically!
