It says right on their site they no longer give free samples.

Please note, at one time we offered free samples. We no longer do so because it would be impossible to keep up with the thousands of requests and appreciate your understanding.

I have requested so many different treat samples that haven't come that I'm getting use to it now. There have been a few however that have come so I hope this is on the good list. There was no message saying they weren't doing it anymore so we'll see.
