| Little Beaver  |  Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cookies These are soft & chewy, easy to make and soooo good !!! 1 pkg (2-layer size) Devil's Food Cake Mix 125 g (1/2 of 250g pkg) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened 1/2 cup Smooth Peanut Butter 1 egg Preaheat over to 375. Place all ingredients in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low speed 2minutes. Beat on medium speed an additional 2 mins. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets. Flatten each ball in criss-cross pattern, with tines of form dipped in sugar. Bake 7 to 8 min. or until edges of cookies are set. Cool 2 mins on baking sheets. Remove to wire racks and cool completely. Makes 3 1/2 doz. |
