Easy Dessert

This is great on a hot day or when you have unexpected company. You can also ajust to make it larger:
8x12" Pan
Unsalted Soda Crackers
Butterscotch Instant Pudding ( can use the one you have to cook)
Cool Cream
Coconut ( optional)

Line pan with Unsalted Crackers
Pour Pudding evenly over top ( can use whatever flavor you want, but this one tatses great)
Top with Cool Whip
Sprinkle with Toasted Coconut ( optional)
Put in fridge to set

This is so easy to make and fast too ( kids love it)
You can`t tell that there are soda crackers on the bottom

Your welcome. I`ll have to try it with the lemon. I think it would be great with the coconut pudding too.hmmmm Have to try that too. lol
