RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
1 13- x 9- x 2-inch sheet cake
8 cupcakes
White frosting
Food coloring (your choice of color)
Toothpicks
Turn the cake upside down and place the cupcakes on top as shown. Hold each cupcake in place with a toothpick.
Frost a bright color such as blue, red or yellow
