Smile Cinnamon Buns ( Black & Decker Bread Machine Book)

I hope this is the one you want . It is out of the book that came with my bread machine

SWEET DOUGH
1/2 cup milk
1 egg , slightly beaten
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margerine
1/ 2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast

1.Measure all ingredients in the order listed into Baking pan
2.Insert Baking pan securly into unit , close lid
3. Select DOUGH setting and push start
4. The complete signal will sound
5. Remove baking pan and place dough on floured surface
6. Let dough rest for 10 min.
7. Shape as desired

CINNAMON ROLLS
1. Roll dough into a 9x 14 inch (23 x36cm) rectangle
2. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture
3. Roll up jelly roll style, starting at long end
4. Cut into 1 inch (2.54cm) slices
5. Place into greased 9x13 (23x33c,) pan
6.Cover and let rise 45 min., or until doubled in size
7. Bake in preheated oven 350*F (177*C) for 20 min or until lightley brown

Filling I Use
1/4 cup margerine or butter , melted
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/3 chopped nuts ( optional)

i made it last night ,apart from needing a bit more milk and i substituted brown sugar for regular sugar in the filling(personal taste preference),they were delicious!!! Thanks alot

Quick Question...Mine didn't turn out for some reason....
Do i leave it go to the whole cycle?
I don't understand the breakmaker...Help Please???

you have to select the "dough only" cycle,which stops before the cooking.Take it out and follow the second set of instructions.

ya i guess if ya leave it in the full time it would be cinnamon bread? That would probley still taste good though yum!

Hi ladyof2, When you select the dough setting on the bread maker it beeps when it`s done .Then you take it out and use the way you want.

I have the recipe for cinnimon bread too . It tastes great I`ll post it here as soon as I can.
