 EZ Dessert
This is so easy to make if you need something in a hurry. Tastes great too.
Ingredients:
1 package of jello instant pudding mix
Unsalted crackers
Dream whip
Coconut ( optional)
Line a 9" x 13 " pan with crackers
Mix pudding mix according to package directions
Then pour on top of crackers
Top with whip cream
Toast coconut and sprinkle on top
I like to use butterscotch pudding . Also you can change the size of the dessert to suit what you need. |
