Meatloaf Muffins

I am making MEATLOAF MUFFINS for supper tonight. You make them the same as your regular meatloaf but put palm sized blobs of them in greased or sprayed muffin tins....350 degrees...20-25 minutes and presto...yummy good!!

What is eeryone else cooking up on this lovely Sunday evening?? Care to share???:coolmonkey:

WE ARE HAVING ROAST CHICKEN MASHED POTATOES GRAVY CORN CARROTS AND GREEN BEANS...YUMMY I LIKE THE IDEA OF THE MEATLOAF THOUGH ,...MAYBE TOMORROW

Thats a neat idea putting meatloaf in muffin tins, just a nice size for kids and less cooking time than a regular meatloaf.

I did that a whlie back as well for my picker eater.. I made meatloaf muffins and mashed potatoes to spread overtop like icing and then served cut carrots and peas for decorating.. it was a hit and my little man now likes meat.. for the moment.. haha

Meatloaf Muffins. That's a really great idea. I think i'll try that!

You will love them. I smear ketchup or barbeque sauce over the top of them just before I stick them in the oven:;)
