Printable Coupons used at Walmart
howdy CFS fans !Good information ~ and you're right, they do accept the printable coupons at Wal-mart too, but the manager there told me to print the coupon and don't cut it out from the page. They want to see the link from the websight and the whole page (full sheet of paper) so they know it's not a photocopy.....
I may as well say as I had to stand waiting for manager assistance and holding up the whole line..... just a little embarassing for one printable coupon I was trying to use on a face product.
The next time, we still had a clipped out printable coupon for Nicoderm patches, and we were at a different Wal-mart and they accepted the $5 off
coupon with no questions or lecturing at all. Soooooo, they do all vary, but the best bet when starting to print coupons and use your valuable ink,
is print the coupon and don't clip it out, just use them like that.
Also, Wal-mart tends to be the best for redeeming coupons as they are usually the cheapest when I search the flyerland or mailed flyers!
Happy savings

I would think you can use one per item, however if you use them all in one shopping trip they might give you a problem. I would ask your local store what their policy is. With most stores it is up to the manager's discretion what they will or won't do. I only have one store in my area that I use printables at and I usually only use one at a time.

Thanks for the info!! Walmarts new policy on overages being given to the customer is AWESOME! I know most stores follow the Scanning Code Of Practice but was just wondering if anyone knew if Metro does as I had a friend telling me she shops there regularly and the items are always displayed at lower prices than they ring up...??

Thanks for posting! I'm just now setting up a coupon binder and so far I've got coupon policies for Walmart and now London Drugs. Does anyone know if others are posted on this site somewhere?

I was wondering if you might have the real canadian superstores policy along with Safeway, and save-on-foods. I am new and in teh learning stages. I want to be prepared before my first couponing trip. I have found your information very useful so Thank you for all your hard work.

Shoppers has basically the same policy as zellers from what I understand from the research I have done so far.

This was the e-mail response I got from SHOPPER'S DRUG MART
Thank you for writing us. Regrettably, Shoppers Drug Mart doesn't have an official coupon policy. However, our cashiers are encouraged to accept manufacturer coupons that are valid and legible. We would recommend that you speak to the cashier manager at your local Shoppers Drug Mart store should you have any more questions regarding manufacturer coupons.Cheetah

I have found Save-On Foods store policy and Safeways. I am still looking fro the Superstores policy however. But They are basically the same as london drugs, except for Save-on will NOT split a coupon(adjust the amount of the coupon to match the total) and NOT pay overages either, so if your coupon total becomes more than your product total you get the last coupon back. SO you can stack at these store as long as your UPC codes are different.
