Shoppers Drug Mart Coupon Policy
howdy CFS fans !Our stores have been directed to refer to the conditions printed on the coupon when accepting. As all coupons are different, we do not have a specific coupon policy in place at this time. We would suggest speaking with the Front Store Manager directly with any further inquiries or concerns you may have.
However, some standards should apply when accepting coupons at store level:
General Standards for Coupon Acceptance:
Coupons must be presented at the time of purchase
Unless otherwise stated, only one coupon may be presented per item (unless the subsequent coupon is for Optimum points)
The coupon presented must be for the item purchased (size, flavor, brand)
If the value of the of the coupon exceeds the value of the product, the coupon is to be processed as 2001 and the difference is not given to the customer
US coupons are not accepted
In the event of a return of a product in which a coupon was tendered, the customer should be refunded the value of the product before the coupon. Coupons do not need to be returned to the customer
Only printed coupons are accepted. Coupons sent to a portable device (e.g. smartphone) are not accepted
Coupons may only be accepted for products sold in store
Coupons may not be accepted as a form of tender For example, on Optimum promotions where a customer would need to spend $50 to get 20x the points, if a coupon was used, the spending total would be deducted
Acceptance of coupon over $15.00 requires supervisor approval
Shoppers Drug Mart offers our customers value, convenience and an expanded selection of product on a regular basis with pricing consistently competitive in the marketplace, therefore we do not have a price matching policy in place with other retailers. As our sales flyers are distributed weekly we do not provide the difference should a product go on sale at a later date. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Please do not hesitate to contact the Customer Service Call Centre at 1-800-SHOPPERS should you require assistance in locating store contact information.

LONDON DRUGS only one coupon now I was shocked today to learn that they just changed their coupon policy here in kelowna, why I have no idea . They told me the head office is extremely upset about how many coupons are now coming in and being used so they said no exceptions only what the coupon says one per customer thats it. So as far as I'm concerned they lost my business. So at least I know they are against people that use coupons and there trying to make it difficult for anyone to use them

Wow that is too bad. Here in Ontario at least in my area we can only use one coupon per item unless the second one is a BOGO and even then some stores give you a hard time.

I am not sure why they went with the one per customer. I went to London Drugs today and used $32 worth of coupons on the dove and it went through. The problem my London Drugs and head office had was with the wording "not in combination with any other coupon offer". I think it is not head offices decision, cause I used some and the cashier was very picky on her coupon acceptance, maybe just your store manager.
I would email the company and ask.

PetSmart's Coupon Policy
PetSmart's vision is to provide Total Lifetime Care to Every Pet, Every Pet Parent, Every Time. We believe our everyday prices are lower than our competitors' everyday prices and in most cases, as low as or lower than their sale prices...but instead of making our Customers wait for a sale, we guarantee that our prices are the lowest EVERY DAY.
To back up our claim of Everyday Low Prices, we offer to price match items of local retail competitors. This guarantee states that if a Customer finds a lower price from a legitimate retailer on any identical item that they have purchased from PetSmart, we will price match the competitor's retail price at the PetSmart retail store. This guarantee gives our claim of Everyday Low Prices its credibility and is a vital part of our total company image.
We accept Manufacturer, PetSmart, and Competitor coupons. We also accept coupons downloaded from the internet as long as they scan through the register. We do not take coupons for competitor services or live pets.

HBC Coupon Policy Update: May 2011
(Includes The Hudson's Bay Company, Zellers, the Bay, Home Outfitters, Fields)
Please be advised that our stores will accept manufacturers coupons provided that they contain a barcode and the terms and conditions which are fully legible.
♦ We will also accept on-line manufacturers coupons but only those from the vendors website. In case you find it difficult to print the coupon from the Internet then please note that the coupon can be printed via the print button underneath the coupon page, or alternatively using the PDF version (again, available through a button underneath the page).
♦ Please be advised that it suffices to print the initial email as well, if the actual coupon cannot be printed. You can print the email itself and show this when you are ready to purchase. Now we are working towards a solution that allows customers to just show the emails from their Smart phone at the counter.
♦ The value of the coupon must not exceed the current retail price of the item being purchased.
♦ If the coupon states that it is only one per purchase, then you may only use one coupon per purchase.
♦ If the coupon indicates, one per item, then you may use more than one coupon per purchase but only one per item.
♦ If a coupon value is higher than the cost of an item, then you may not be able to use that coupon to purchase that particular item.
Our price match policy states that if you find a lower, current local Canadian retail store advertised price on any item HBC has in stock, bring in the ad and we will gladly match their price. Price match is available with proof of current local advertised retail price or in stock identical items. Percentage off offers, clearance offers, coupons,
Rebates, Internet pricing or misprints do not apply. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

PharmaSave Coupon Policy
At the moment, coupons are handled on an individual store basis, but we plan to look at a National coupon policy in the near future. For specific information I would contact your local store.

I'll be printing this policy to bring into the store.
Many times I have had coupons turned down as it exceeded the price of the item. Thanks for posting!
