Sounds like you can request coupons from Johnson & Johnson monthly by calling their Information Centre at 1-877-223-9807.

2 months in a row I received an email from BabyCare website and it mentioned a $1 off coupon so I clicked on the link and it never worked. So I emailed Johnson & Johnson directly (after not getting a response from babycare) and complained and they sent me the email below:

Thank you for taking the time to contact us.
We are sorry to hear about your experience and want to assure you that your valuable comments will be shared with the appropriate personnel. We currently do not have a direct mailing list. Nonetheless, I will send you the available coupons at the address you provided. Please allow 2-4 weeks delivery as we are currently out of stock. You may request these coupons on a monthly basis.

So today I received an envelope with 2 x $1 off any Johnson's product, a coupon for "one free replacement product" and a $1.50 coupon for any Aveeno product!

Apparently it is worth complaining when things don't work - who knew!
