| Little Beaver | I don't think this is a repost, but here is a suggestion that was given to me! If you find that your stores are NOT accepting printer coupons, try using old magazine pages! Just locate a pale or lightly coloured spot, resize the coupon(if possible/necessary) and print! Most stores accept coupons from magazines and this is a great way to recycle! |

Some magazine ads are full page with a whisper of colouring...you just have to keep your eyes open and be creative. You can resize the coupon to fit in a "blank" spot. Or even try the heavier gift wraps... | |

| Guest | It is not a good idea to print coupons on magazine paper rather than regular paper in order to get stores to accept your coupons because its fake coupons that is the reason for their policies. There are a large number of fake coupons going around. I work at a gracery store and when we sent in some printed coupons that we recieved, the manufacturer refused to reimburse the store because the coupons had been altered. They even sent a letter stating not to accept a number of coupons that they released with an expiry date of December 31, 2007 that have been altered to expire December 31, 2008 and are being posted on sites such as this one and redflagdeals.com. |

| Guest | FYI if you are using internet coupons it can be on regular white paper. I have been using coupons at walmart for months now with no problems. With these new Glade coupons though I have found that some of the cashiers are refusing them. But with the store policy printed out and in hand I have no problems at all. It states that they accept internet coupons as long as they have an expiry date and an address on it. Now i always print off the stores policy before going to that store and use the coupons. hope this helps some people cheers |

![]() | jasmine Good idea - printing out the store policy! I have a very hard time in Toronto using internet coupons - no matter where they come from. Nobody knows about them & nobody cares & they aren't even nice about it. If it's a FPC I email the company & they send me one in return. I agree with Kaldirris. I would not use this method myself & would not recommend this method to anyone else. By doing this you are hurting the company & the store you are redeeming the coupons at. In return, they will be more strict about coupons & maybe stop taking printed ones altogether. When things are consistently abused they aren't around for long. Don't ruin it for the rest of us.
