Some People are Asking When These Coupon Flyers Come Out-So Here is a Schedule that I have borrowed, Hope it helps. Most of these either come with your flyers or in your local newspaper. For me Here in Ontario I Get the Shop and Save once a month with my regular flyers, but for the Smart Source I have to go buy the National Post or some other major Newspaper to get it. (Usually the Saturday Edition)

bump Remember shop & save came out yesterday or today depending on when you get your flyers. I received mine and posted the coupons that were in it (in the coupon section) if anyone is curious.
