When we moved into our new house, I sent in the request, the next day the lady was over.

It was over a year ago, but we got a letter opener, light bulb, curves water bottle, bunch of magnets, sample of cat treats - they were made by a local vet, and our cats LOVED them, utility knife, popcorn... she asked if any of us wore glasses, but we dont, apparently there was a glasses case in there too, but I didnt get it. haha

Then just a bunch of coupons that I STILL havent used... free travel mug from Ford, free loaf of bread from local bakery, free brew-it-yourself caps and labels.

We just got engaged. We are going to try and get the new Bride one soon.

This particular freebie does not have " a fill out form" you must just see if it is available in your town, and contact them via phone or whatever.

Where I live they come right to your hospital room after you have a baby. The hospital contacts them. You don't have to do anything. Therefore I got my welcome wagon package in the hospital. It had some nice stuff in it.

Welcome wagons vary a lot by area. Depends on the people involved. We got a package at the hospital when our baby was born with advertisements and brochures. Some neat keepsake ideas, nothing free except a lotion sample the size of a McDonalds ketchup bag. We're in a remote area now.

Can't complain unless we're willing to join up and improve it.
