Anyone know about the "Charms"?

Does anyone have info. about the "charms" section...Ex. who sells them, where are they shipped from, etc?

All I know is that it's a friend of HappyCappy's that is selling the charms , so maybe PM'ing HappyCappy with any questions would be your best bet
