funny thing is I remember my parents complaining about the price of gas going up to 50 when I was a kid (late 80's early 90's) ... and what 2 - 3 years ago complaining bout it going up to 80

it was funny the other day, my bf was cleaning out his closet and found a gas receipt from the year 2000 and it was .70 cents compared to $1.30 in his town now, what a difference 8 years makes
