Default It pays to complain

I have written several times to complain about a product or about not being able to use a printer your own coupon, and this time it paid off.

I complained about not being able to use the Poise pads print your own coupon. They sent me THREE $2.00 coupons.

I had a yucky experiance with Orville Reddenbaucer popcorn (the butter was on the OUTSIDE of the bag) and they sent me a $10 and TWO $5 coupons.

I had a can of Lysol quit spraying while still half full. They sent me TWO FPC!

I even complain about shrinkage in the Scotties tissues once and they sent me a FPC for ANY Scott product.

If you do complain be prepared to give lot and batch numbers, if need be, and explain your problem in detail. Also be prepard for a phone call.

Ah..yes,,I have done that many times also,,,Dial soap coupons I have received and also,,dog food coupons, cause the dog food I always used to buy for our dog the company no longer makes and they changed the packaging,,so I bought the wrong bag and our dog wouldn't eat it,,,had to give the whole big bag to our neighbors.

I always tell they how much I like their product, and they send me coupons, just tell them the truth.. they appreciate feedback

i know some people who take advantage of this way. they complain for the sake of getting free products which is not fair to the company.
some person in quality control maybe losing their job because of this.
i do complain when i have a problem. the actual step is to take it back to the store and give them your feedback on the product.
if you want free/money off coupons then be honest and just request it from the company.

an example would be someone got something free from a foodbank or giveaway and made a complaint to the company and the store.

I rarely ever follow through with a complaint after something happens with a product; usually because I end up not caring. The last time I complained about something was when I pulled a chewed off fingernail out of my mouth while eating a Dominos pizza. & that was months ago.

& yes, a lot of people do take advantage of being able to complain & with everything else that is good, a few bad apples spoil it all.
