| Smart Beaver Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: Windsor, Ontario... EH? | I'll tell you, my favourite site for recipes is www.allrecipes.com there are hundreds upon hundreds of recipes there. The nice thing is that people try them out and rate them so you don't waste your time on 1or 2 star recipes. I always search out the 4.5 and 5 star recipes. It's free and I use it all the time! Good luck!

And you can make ahead and put in the fridge(the potatoes don't turn brown because of the lemon juice) Oven Roasted Potatoes 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil 2 Tbsp.Fresh Lemon Juice 2 Tsp. Garlic Poweder 1Tsp of each-Mariorian or Basil -Oregino -Rosemary -Thyme 1/4 Tsp. each of Salt and Pepper 8 cups chopped Potatoes (with or without skins) Directions: Mix all the ingredients in a large Ziplock bag and mix well with potatoes. Let sit in the fridge for an hour or so and then line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spead out potatoes Bake in 375 degree oven for 50-60 minutes turning regularly. If desired you can even sprinkle them with a little parmasian cheese. YUMMY!!

| Beaver Godess Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: Miramichi, NB | This is one of our favorites Cook and mash potatoes, if you need to add butter just use a very small amount While still warm scoop out about 1/4 cup and make into a ball, just like a snowball Roll in Shake and Bake Bake until the coating is crisp, about 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees These are so yummy my family gets me to make extra so they can warm them up later
