Took me a while, but I am used to vista, it can stay. Besides I like being able to keep people from messing with my settings.

I stuck with XP, my work programs (Adobe CS3) are much stabler on it than vista.

My new computer has vista and no problems so far (knocking on wood desk, LOL) I had tons of problems with xp but I think it was just time to update my system. Many people I know don't like vista and that made me very nervious when buying my new system. So far so good. No issues and have been using it since November.

I think either would be fine as long as they could make vista more stable and make sure that it's not as buggy as it is right now. If people doesn't have any other choice, they'll be able to get used to it by and by

I use Vista. I have to say I love it and will not be going back to XP. Vista doesn't seem to have any problems that I see. I had more problems with the computer freezing and such and getting errors with XP. Booo... So, Yay with Vista

Default better

Always using a new version is wise.. Vista is the new version.. So its better to use it.. As you said all are encountering some problems. But yet no serious problems have been encountered.. I think that small problem also will be rectified soon..
