I am a smoker I cant help it I love smoking and I have made many attempts to quit with 100's of methods but I turn into a spaz and noone will come near me... I figure if I can sleep for a week straight then i can actaully quit but i have kids so thats not going to happen the only thing i can say is that im a considerate smoker .. I smoke outside my home and car and I dotn litter butts on the ground I also try to steer clear or stand down wind of non smokers as I try to be considerate of other people around me.. just because i smoke doesnt mean i want to kill my kids my pets or a perfect stranger lol one day i may actaully quit but i swwear ide have to be sedated for a month lol

Quit,,, Feb 01/ 08,,,but just every now and then have a puff of hubbys cig which gives me a good head rush,,,LOL he smokes the strongest Export A cigs...

^ that would be Expots A green - that's the kind my dad smokes ... so the kind I used to sneak when I was a teenager .... speaking of smoking, I bought my first pack today in over a month ... been getting one or 2 a day off of hubby ... but I had a really rough week. I know it's no excuse....

I gave up with the help of accupuncture about 21 years ago. I really wanted to quit, I think that is why it worked so well. I am so glad I don't smoke now.

I smoke I hate it and I love it both at the same time.
I stink, my house really stinks and it is a dirty, filthy habit.
I will be going to the dr. to get the scrpt. for that new pill.
