I got an email this afternoon from the Graffiti Survey Panel. It said -

Congratulations, you have been randomly selected as the winner of a $500 cash prize for joining the Graffiti Panel recently!

To claim your prize, please acknowledge receipt of this email within 10 days of May 9th, 2008 by replying to (email address)

If you live in Canada we will need to contact you with a skill testing question. Please respond to this email with your daytime phone number, including area code by May 19th, 2008.

As per the contest rules, in order to be able to claim your prize, you will be required to sign and return the attached declaration form. Please fill it out with your mailing address and signature and email it to (email address) by May 19th, 2008. You may also fax it to (phone number) (Attn: Marc). Please let us know if your mailbox does not accept attachments.

If we do not receive a response from you by May 19th, 2008, another random winner will be drawn.

In your reply, please include a few words about participating in the survey and winning the prize.
