Next Saturday September 29th is the 2007 Quintessence breastfeeding challenge. The goal is to get as many people breastfeeding at the same time in the same place and records which province/state has the most breastfeeding babies, as a percentage of the birthrate at one given time.
I personally think this is really cool, I think breastfeeding is very important and natural but other people think this is just plain gross!
If some people think it is rude to breastfeed in public isn't a gathering just plain weird?
In Victoria BC the gathering is in centennial square and "latch on" is at 11am SHARP. But check this site
