Default a coupon tip

I'm guessing many of us here clip & collect coupons, being frugal & all. Not sure if you do what I do, but whenever I see instore coupons, that I can see being worth taking, I take a lot, and save them. IE: If it's an item that I have seen or will most likely go on sale in the future.

MOST RECENT STORY:

Last week I was walking down an aisle in Shoppers, noticed $3 off Air Wick Scented Oil Started Kits. The price at walmart was just over $5 (ever since I cashed in my 10 $10 off razor coupons, I always check at Wal-Mart first), so I kept them for a better opportunity. They are now on sale for $3.99 at Shoppers with 10x the Optimum poins.

So I had taken 20 of the coupons.

I got 20 Air Wick Starter Kits for 99 cents each, but got 10x the points on $3.99.

If you know what I mean.

I have about 15 coupons I took from Wal-Mart for Lean Cuisine meals, Buy 2 Get $1.50 off & they sometimes go on sale for 99 cents at the groccery store by my house.

Sure, why not? If the cashier says, "only one per customer", then you tell them to ring them in individually. I've never had a problem.

I do exactly the same thing crackercrumb. I alway wait for the item to be on sale and then use my coupon, it is way better savings. I also usually use self check outs because you ring through all your items and then just hand the clerk your coupons. They usually don't even look at them just take the $ amount off. I have even got 1.50 off an item that was only $.99 to begin with. If they say only one coupon per customer at the cashier I just tell them to ring each one in separately-"Just do what, you have to do to make it happen" is what I tell them. Most can't be bothered and just ring it all through together.
