Do you email back companies?

Do you email back companies once you get their free sample?


I know many people email companies when they "Don't" receive their sample and complain, but I'm wondering if these same people email when they do receive?


Just wondering, cause even the freebie I send out here, I don't know if ever arrives, I have a whole batch of one week that hasn't come back to the board to say they got it. And Two members I even PMed on the board and emailed to see if it arrived, And nothing said either way.

I do e-mail them back if they e-mail me for product results !
but i don't e-mail because i didn't received a sample.

I sometimes email if the product is AWESOME.
Like there was a freebie for buttons but I liked the buttons so much that I ordered many for my business.

Well...I haven't really received anything substantial yet to email a Company back about.
However, today after I try the Goody2Chews, I do plan on emailing them back and thanking them for the huge sample they gave me, and let them know whether I liked them or not
Oh, and last night after ordering a free sample of some skin care products, a really nice woman wrote me back and asked me to explain what type of product I was interested in, asked about my skin type etc. She said she was going to put together a little package for me. I definitely plan on writing her back after I have sampled the products. And if they are good, I will most definitely buy from her. I really appreciate when people take the time to help you and whatnot...Even when they don't know you lol

Well i'd have to say that the only time i email them back is if they email me first and if the product was good.

Actually, I never emailed the companies back to thank them for their freebies. Honestly, I never thought about it. Thanks that would be a good practice to begin.

Cappy, I was one of the people you sent a gift too last week. I haven’t received anything yet, but I’m sure I’ll get it soon. I’ll keep you posted!

I have emailed a couple companies when I really likes the product as well as a couple who requested feedback. I have never emialed a company if I haven't received their freebie. I only like to give good feedback =)

I think in total I have emailed 2 companies back thanking them for the product....other than that cant say I do it on a regular basis but I wonder what would happen if you did email every one back and say how great their product is or was.

Do you think they would send you coupons or more freebies??

I'm not sure, but I would think at least they would of thought their efforts weren't a waste of time to say the least.
