I have started wrapping early I found leaving it till christmas eve was to risky. My kids seem to hear every sound on christmas eve and will come down stairs. It kinda feels like you are getting caught by your parents making out. I cant stand that feeling.

Well,... it depends how busy or preoccupied I am! But this year I am waiting for a few more goodies to come by mail. this way I can wrap one big gift! Seriously, I do want to have it all done by the 24th b/c we go to church and open gifts and the in-laws later that night. It's a french tradition. Other gifts we open on the 25th.
I find that if I wrap too early I tend to forget what I have already bought for everyone. I like to see what I have and make sure everyone is getting enough. Usually wrap thing up a couple of days before X-mas and then do the Kids on Christmas Eve and the stockings too.
I have always wraped on Christmas eve... that way I can make sure I know what everything is in my half awake state @ 5am the next morning, and of course you have to make sure they get the same number of presents and the aprox. same value spent on each kid...lol
I usually wrap the gifts once I am done each person. That way I know what I got for them. That way when I look and see a name on the tag, I know that I have finished my shopping for that person. And if I forget what I got them, I have a surprise as well when they open them!!
I avoid wrapping all together, and just let the mall do it. They got free gift wrapping for a reason. :P

In the end would it matter who we loved, or who we hated.
I do wrapping all of December because if I do it too early i forget what's in the box and sometimes certain presents have to be opened first! My kids presents have been in their reach for weeks and they haven't gone anywhere near them lol I can't believe it ! They're not too snoopy yet
