To enter the “Game Off” contest, go to www.family.ca and play any of the following 10 games: Bulls Eye, Switch, Extreme Defense, Pre-Game Panic, Tar Wars, Sky Strike, Millispeed, Face Off, Mad Drillz, and High Dive. There is no limit to the number of times the games can be played. You must be logged in to win. Enter your first name, last name, city, province, e-mail address, age range and telephone number. The contest runs from 9:00 am. Eastern Time (“ET”) April 4, 2008 to 9:00 am. ET April 28, 2008 (‘the Contest Period’).

An entrant under the age of majority in his/her province of residence must have a parent or legal guardian consent to his/her participation. Proof of identification and parental consent must be provided upon request. If a parent or legal guardian does not provide consent, the entry will be disqualified.
The contact information collected by The Family Channel Inc. (“Family”) with your entry will only be used to identify and contact the prize winners. Family will not use this personal information for any other reason. Nor will Family disclose this personal information to any other party.
All Contest entries are eligible for both the Grand and Secondary prizes.
Eligibility:
The contest is open to permanent residents of Canada only, excluding residents of Quebec, and employees (and their immediate family members or persons with whom they are domiciled) of Family, their respective affiliates, advertising, and promotional agencies involved in this contest (the “Sponsors”). The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Contest void where prohibited by law. Family reserves the right to cancel or suspend this contest in the event of any accident, or administrative or other error of any kind.
Entries must be received by Family no later than 9:00 am EST April 28th, 2008. Sponsors take no responsibility for entries that are lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, garbled or received after the contest deadline.
Only one e-mail address and account may be used by any person to enter the Contest. In the event that Family receives more than one (1) entry per person, per month, Family reserves the right to void and destroy duplicate entries and that entrant may, at the discretion of the Sponsors, be disqualified from the Contest. Should it be discovered that an entrant is using the aid of computer programs to auto-fill entries, that entrant will be immediately disqualified from the Contest. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify all such contestant from future contests conducted by the Sponsors without further notice. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and regulations.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question.
PRIZES
The Grand prize winner will be determined around 3:00 pm April 28th, 2008 and will be based on the highest cumulative score of all ten games. The secondary prizes will be awarded by a random draw held at or around 3:00PM ET on April 28th, 2008 at Family’s office located at 181 Bay Street, Brookfield Place, Toronto, Ontario, from all eligible entries received on or before the contest closing date. There will be one (1) Grand Prize draw and fifteen (15) Secondary Prize draws to fulfill this contest. The chances of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received by any of the methods of entry.

There is one (1) Grand Prize package available to be won: One (1) Xbox™ video game and entertainment system.

Approximate Retail Value of the grand prize package is approximately CDN $2000.
