Under country it only lets you select USA

Even though Provinces are listed under states.

I'd just put CANADA on address line 2.

Yeah i did too. Was it as confusing for you as it was for me?
I signed up then it went back to the form I just filled out.
Not sure if I'm registered. There sure is alot of hoops to jump through.

I just left it blank for country. It did take postal code, and it also had a spot for Ontario, so it will probably come...
