the site got fixed, i emailed them telling them that when i fill oput the form it says :no enough pins" they emailed me back and told me that they will fixed it and they have.
sorry guys, i did the form and they sent me the email and i clicked on where to get my coupon and they said it doesn;t work so i emailed the company back AGAIN regarding why it doesn;t work when they told me it worked so i will keep you updated on it
I emailed dove to tell them that I had signed up for the coupons well in advance but only got them yesterday with the weird dates. I'm hopeful they might give me a new one with a non expired date on it.

I posted in the other thread about my two expiry dates, along with other people and I said I'd still try. Much like a few other people did, they still got their free dove body wash.
I went to Zellers, and I showed the cashier the coupon, and when she wasn't sure, she asked her supervisor, and I just explained how I got the coupon and how it was mailed to me the week after the first expiry date, and she put it through. Okay so I exaggerated a bit, I got it the day of the first expiry date, but I was afraid that because of the technicality they might not accept it so I think I did good. =)
Now if only I could find cheap textbooks for school... damn..

Never hurts to contact them! Same thing happened with a 2 for 1 cat food coupon that I couldn't print because I don't own a printer. Emailed the company and they sent me a personal letter with a coupon! I didn't bother trying my "expired" coupon just in case it was rejected by dove. Don't want to do anything to make these stores not want to take internet coupons!
I emailed them about the 2 dates (one being past already) and got this response:

So, just send them an email an they will send a new coupon!

Almost had the same problem with the two dates. One date had already expired by then. I told the cashier, the first date is when the offer was done on the site. The second date was for when the coupon expired. He bought it with no problems! lol. Try that, maybe they'll take them if you say that. Hope it helps!
*Only works on the coupon that still says free, the free coupon does not expire until Feb 12 (I think, could have the wrong date, but its in Feb.)*
