TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company, Inc. dba TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company ("TaylorMade") is giving away 50 2-ball sleeves of Maxfli golf balls each day until the starting date of the 2007 U.S. Open to participants who enter the drawing on Maxfli Golf. Once the daily allotment has been given away, entrants will automatically be entered in a random drawing for a year's supply of Maxfli golf balls (24 dozen golf balls).

No purchase or obligation necessary.

To enter, log on to Maxfli Golf to give us your name, address and complete the other information on the form. Entries must be made by 5 pm PDT on June 10, 2007.

Daily Entries: The first fifty (50) persons who log on to the Maxfli Golf website per day (starting at 6:00 am PDT daily) and complete the submission will win a 2-ball sleeve of Maxfli golf balls. Only one entry per person per day is allowed. Approximate value $2.00 each (total of $100.00 daily).
Year's Supply Sweepstakes: One Year's Supply of Maxfli golf balls (24 dozen). If the daily limit of 50 entries is exceeded, any additional persons who enter will be automatically entered for a random drawing to be conducted on or about 7/15/07 from amongst all eligible entries received by TaylorMade Golf. All prior qualifying daily entries will also be included in the sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed by TaylorMade for any internet or software disruptions or malfunctions, incorrect or insufficient address information, late entries, or misdirected entries. Approximate value of $720.00.
Prize Delivery -

Winners will be mailed the prizes to the address provided by winner in the continental United States. No P.O. boxes are allowed. Please allow 6-8 weeks after award for delivery of prizes.

Qualifications - Giveaway and sweepstakes are only open to people 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are legal residents of a state in the continental United States.

They had a place for zip/postal code, but no province.So, I fudged, under city I also put province. hope it works, hubby will be impressed I sent for something for him, Thanks Cheryl
