Yes it is, but you can play games in their kids club section to earn 2 additional coupons per year plus many other items!

I received mine in the summer time....waasnt sure if I had to wait 12 months to order again...but its every calendar year

It doesn't ask for an actual address so I'm guessing they will email and I respond back or it's printed coupon. I hope it's a mail out coupon because no where in my town takes printed coupons
