im a healthy 38 year old female and i have shingles!!!
my doctor says if you have had chicken pox as a kid when u get older and your body isnt as good as it once was the chicken pox will come back from inside yourself. sounds fair. my grandmother had them at 80, im not 80! the doctor says if you are under an enormous amount of stress you can get them younger. they hurt and there is nothing you can do

chicken pox is a form of the herpes simplex virus and stays with you as long as u live... extremely painful

My cousin has been getting them for years and he's only 13 yrs old right now...
