My weekend went pretty good, except for the weather...LOL didnt think the weather would be all that great but I didnt expect to drive home in a snow blizzard!!! Other then that all went well. It rained till about noon on Saturday so Hubby and I got our gear on and hit the trails on our quads. What a blast..the puddles were great and when we came back we were covered in mud from head to toe..doesnt get any better LMAO. Lots of fun!

mine was spent at home doing yard work and enjoying hubbys extra day off(tues) weather was great yesterday.
But not all has gone well. our dog norm(a lab) is very sick not eating but drinking a ton and his stomache is descended,but the vet we always go to is full until fri.now i'm calling others trying to get him in.the only good thing is i don't think he is in pain...:(

Well I just got back from Vancouver. It was fabulous. I think I'll do it again. I did meet my uncle and that went very well. He looks great for 72, I mean great. Not a day looking over 58 old looking.

I got to see White Rock, and we checked out Whisler.

We really did a "Girls" weekend, and did a lot of visiting. It was so great, I can't put it into words.

We just sort of took it easy. Sunday we went for a drive to Peterborough...it was a lovely day. Monday, I went to work only to find out I wasn't supposed to work. I hung around and helped out for a while anyway...I really should have went home as now I wish I had of to get some things done around the apartment, but that is all water under the bridge...the housework is still here patiently waiting for me like a faithful dog!!!

we had beautiful weather and really wanted to get out but our van was not so willing--the transmission went on us so we took it in for a quote and instead they just went ahead with the work---wow---now it is sitting there till we can come up with $2600.00--ouch!!!
wish that I had not have even botherd with them as while I was waiting for the quote I was also calling around for others and found a place that would have financed me, once I told the mechanic who just went ahead with the work that I could have gotten financing through some one else he said "oh well, your not getting your van till I have all the money"
lucky us, so if you live in the GTA of Canada and see a tall man with light brown hair hitching to work it just may be my hubbie!!!
