how do you post a picture?

I can't seem to figure out how to post a picture.... I wanted to put a pic of my kiddies.....help, please!

Ok there's a Yellow box in the above bar.
and if you click, it it'll take you to a page to put a "url" of the picture.

PHOTOBUCKET is a great place to store pictures.
