    howdy CFS fans !
    Hi everyone.... I had a tumble at Safeway last night... broken fingers, broken toes, sprained ankle, bruises head to toe, and agreivated my back injury... who would think a puddle of water could do that much damage...

    So needless to say, you probably won't see to much of me in the next few days, but I'm going to aim for about an hour a day... you really don't think I could go more than a day without freebies

    I just did a bunch of merging and moving... there sure seems to be a lot of reposts lately... I am really starting to believe that some of the people repost just to bug me... LOL....
