Here's the thing... I'm having a c-section in 2 weeks. It's a boy... My husband and I decided on naming him Jackson James about 4 months ago.. since then (as I'm sure you all know) Michael Jackson has passed away, so when ever people ask if I have a name picked out and I tell them they have all kinds of comments from "Oh ur naming him in memory of MJ" to "you must have been a huge MJ fan" (and other comments I'd rather not post) I'm not a MJ fan and never have been and the name had nothing to do with him... so with only 2 weeks left I have to come up with a name for our little guy that he'll have to deal with the rest of his life.. thats where I need your help I'd like to keep James as a middle name (thats daddys name) so let me know what you think I should do and any boys names you really like..
my one sons name is COOPER the other is FLETCHER they get coop and fletch alot and no one else has their names
i always liked JESSE and CASEY and if my daughter had been a boy she would have been SAM samuel she is samantha instead , if you dont like any of those no worries as names are very personal and they have to fit who you think your son will be, what fits for you
they have a friend names JACOB i like that too
ohh and i always liked SPENCER too
well that is all i've got GOOD LUCK AND CONGRATS TO YOU
I like the name Benton, I heard it when Due South was on, the mountie was Benton Fraser, I thought it was a cool name because it wasn't common and could be shortened to be Ben and not as fussy as Benjamin
Zachary James sounds good, but he'll be called Zach in short, most of his life. Hubby and I like names that is hard to shorten, like Connor and Cameron. Connor James or Cameron James seems nice. Plus he has an instant nickname, CJ.
I like John. Some people pronounce it Jon. It dosn't shorten up, or turn into Conehead or Cammy. Just kidding, he'll suit any name you pick. Remember though, you don't pick nick-names, his friends will. Congradulations.
Congrats to you and your little bundle of joy,
finding a perfect name for your boy is hard, i had a hard time too. We had the 3d ultrasound done so we could see how he looks like to narrow down his names, but in the end he didn't look like any of the names we picked out when we saw him, for the first time. He looked like a Timothy Andrew (timothy is daddy middle name).
So in the end u can all the names u can think of, but i think what counts is would that name fit him.. ;)
Alexander James, Andrew James is nice too.
Good luck and everything will be fine in the end.
I ended up with a Tiffany Mercedes but I was going to name a boy Tristan which would go great with james sounds hoity toity Tristan James Good luck at least I name the horses after songs etc
hi, and congrats. i had a c sec as well and though i had a girl the only names we were able to pick out were boy names. i loved tyler, griffin, or james tyler. anyhow i think jackson is a beautiful name and im sure all the hype will die down soon enough. good luck girl and god bless your new little baby.
