Yeah after you click submit...it shows you which offers you have to do to get the gift...so won't come unless you do one or more of these offers...thanks anyway...though...

Funny buisness here, the link I got was for Vaginal Contaceptive Film (wheatever that is) 3 samples , only after you fill out a survey. I don't think I care to even look any further at this link.
