As a newbie, I'd like a bit of information regarding the Smart Source magazine.

When does it circulate? Where does it circulate?

I live in Keswick, Ontario and used to receive it. I haven't received it in over a year. Where can I pick one up? I find them so useful.

I'd say call your newspaper circulation department and ask if you could get a coupon book
