Sharpie Red Carpet Contest

On or about February 15th, 2007, a total of approximately 125,000 packages of Sharpie markers bearing a label with the words “Enter to Win the ultimate Red Carpet experience” will be available across Canada while supplies last.

Subject to obtaining additional entries as explained below, entry is limited to one per person per day.All entries on that or any other day by any entrants discovered to have entered more than once per day will be disqualified from entry into the contest. Automated entries, including, without limitation, auto-re-mailers, are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will result in disqualification.

This contest is open to all individual legalresidents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the Province or Territory in which they reside


D. PRIZES:
Grand Prize - One (1) Ultimate Red Carpet Experience for two at a Film Festival to be held in Toronto in September 2007 is available to be won. This prize includes:

• Return economy class tickets for two (2) people traveling together to Toronto from themajor Canadian airport closest to the winner’s home as determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor (or, if winner lives within 250 km of Toronto, roundtrip car service may be awarded in lieu of airfare.) No cash balances will be awarded.
• Deluxe 1 room (double occupancy) at a 5 star downtown Toronto hotel of the Sponsor’s choice for 3 nights.
• Shopping spree at Holt Renfrew – $1,250.00 (including taxes) to spend on merchandise and a Personal Shopper at no cost to help you spend it.
• Two (2) appointments for hair and make up at a Toronto beauty salon determined by the Sponsor – up to a value of $500.00 including taxes.
• Dinner voucher for (2) at a Yorkville restaurant determined by the Sponsor – up to a value of $300.00 including taxes.
• Two (2) passes to a closing night film and a party (film selection, seat selection and party selection to be determined by the Sponsor).
• Limousine round trip transfers between - airport and hotel; hotel and Holt Renfrew; hotel and beauty salon; hotel, dinner and the movie/party.
• $1,000.00 spending money.

Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $12,000.00 (CAD) based on a return flight to Vancouver
