That was an odd one, I didn't know what to put in the credit card info boxes so I just kept writing bank transfer wherever they had an * :confused: maybe it'll come.

I got an email from them about the earphones, this is what it said:
Hi there,

Thank you for placing an order with Proporta. Due to an overwhelming response to our free replacement earbuds campaign, our stock levels ran out very quickly and unfortunately we were unable to ship out your order.

However, unlike many other companies’ promotional offers, we have since been able to increase our budget for the campaign and have ordered in more stock in order to meet the demand. The replacement earbuds are due to arrive in our warehouse next week (commencing 23rd July) and will be shipped to your delivery address shortly afterwards. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has left our building to let you know they are on their way.

As with the original stock, we will be honouring our original promise to ship your order at no cost. Whilst you’re waiting to receive your replacement earbuds, you may be interested in some of our many other products available from our site – www.proporta.com
