| Diva Beaver | this is a simple calafornia rolls that i love to do it makes some great sushi - short grain rice -cucumber -rice vinigar -crab -carrots -soya sauce -seaweed -water -sugar Teriaki carrots slice the carrots into small long sqares and then mix about 1/4 cup of sugar, soya sauce, and water in a medium sized pan on the stove. Cook carrots in it until just soft. Drain and let stand aside. Cook desired amout of rice and frisk let sit till almost cool. Mix 1/4 cup of rice vinegar and a 1/4 cup of sugar, wisk till disolved. Sprinkle solutions over rice slowely adding only enough to make rice nice sticky consistancy. Cut Cucumber into long thin peaces as well as the crab. Put the seaweed face down on the roller and add just enough rice to fill it a little remembering to leave the top and the bottom a little with no rice. Add engredients on top of the rice at the bottom of the rice across in strips. Then add a little rice vinegar solution on the edges and roll up. Be warned tho the rolling is thr tricky part. After when cutting use a wet knife and cut into rolls. hopefully this is a good recipe it is just how i have been making sushi ever since i learned and i find it to be a very simple recipe hope it helped ![]() |
