We are trying to learn how people
on the West Coast refer to local businesses and services.
Each survey consists of 60 entries.
Applicants will need a PayPal account to receive payment.

The survey will ask you to list businesses or services near where you live,
the way you would refer to that place when calling directory assistance
(e.g. 411).
There will be a sidebar with hints and categories of businesses to help you if
you can't think of anything, i.e. "supermarkets, restaurants, healthcare
etc..."

For example you might write:

* Bertucci's
* Uno's Pizza
* Barnes and Noble

To begin, you will be sent to a link where you will enter your email address.
Your email address should be connected to a PayPal account for payment.
After you have filled in all of the boxes, you will be asked to match some of
your entered items with actual business listings to resolve some of the
inherent ambiguity with business names. You will be given a set of choices to
select from and if you see your intended business, you will be asked to
select the appropriate radio button.

It's as easy as that. Allow about 20-40 minutes to complete the survey.
