Entry Rules

CONTEST PERIOD
The VOX "RELOAD" Contest (the "Contest") is run by Bell Canada (the "Sponsor") and will take place in Canada from February 28, 2007, 12:01 a.m. (ET) to April 12, 2007, 11:59 p.m. (ET) (the "Contest Period").

CONTEST GROUP ENTITIES
For the purposes of the Contest, the "Contest Group" is composed of the Sponsor, together with its affiliates (including without limitation its parent, sister and subsidiary companies), retailers, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of material and services related to the Contest, and any other corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship or other legal entity directly involved in the Contest, as well as their respective employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Contest Group Entities").

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to all individuals who:

reside in Canada;
have reached the age of majority in their province of residence as of the date of entering the Contest; and
who have duly completed an electronic entry form according to the terms and conditions set out in Rule 4.1.
Employees of Contest Group Entities, as well as members of the immediate family (such as their father, mother, brothers, sisters or children) of such employees, their legal or common-law spouses or any persons with whom such employees reside are not eligible to enter the Contest.

METHODS OF ENTRY
4.1
To enter the Contest, you must visit the VOX "RELOAD" campaign website and complete the electronic entry form, making sure to indicate your last name, first name, e-mail address, gender and the city where you live. The form must be completed before the Contest close date. You will then obtain one entry into the Contest.
4.2
Although an Internet access service and an e-mail account are required in order to participate, no purchase is necessary in order to enter the Contest. Many public libraries, retail outlets and others offer free access to computers, and many Internet service providers and other companies offer free e-mail addresses.
4.3
Additional Entries: You may obtain additional entries into the Contest ("Referral Entries") by inputting as indicated on the Contest Website the e-mail address of a friend or relative, to whom the Sponsor will send an invitation, by e-mail, to enter the Contest. You will automatically obtain one (1) Referral Entry per valid e-mail address you provide. There is a limit of twenty (20) Referral Entries into the contest per participant, even if you provide the e-mails of more than twenty (20) persons.
4.4
Limit of Entries: There is a limit of one (1) entry and twenty (20) Referral Entries into the Contest per e-mail address, during the Contest Period, regardless of the method of entry.


PRIZES
There will be a total of 16 prizes to be won, as detailed below:

1 FutureShop gift certificate of a value of $5000
1 prepaid VISA card of a value of $1000
2 Shell gift certificates of a value of $500 each
2 GAP gift certificates of a value of $500 each
10 Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix gift certificates of a value of $100 each
Gift certificates are in Canadian dollars and are not redeemable for cash, traveller’s cheques or a credit to settle a transaction. Gift certificates are valid in Canada only. Stolen or lost certificates will not be replaced.

DRAWING
On April 20, 2007, at 12:00 p.m. in Montréal, in the province of Québec, at the offices of Bell Web Solutions, 700 Wellington office 2200, 16 entries will be randomly drawn from all entries received during the Contest Period.

ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received during the Contest Period.

AWARDING OF PRIZES
8.1
To be declared a winner, a selected entrant (the "Winner") must, in addition to meeting the Contest eligibility criteria and otherwise complying with the official Contest rules, first:

Be reached by e-mail by the Sponsor or its representatives within ten (10) days immediately following the selection of the entry;
Provide a valid telephone number and be reached by telephone by the sponsor or its representatives within twenty (20) days immediately following the selection of the entry:
Have correctly answered a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone by the Sponsor or its Representatives at a pre-arranged, mutually convenient time or on the declaration and release form; and
Sign the Sponsor's form of declaration, and release and return it at the address indicated on the declaration and release form within ten (10) days following its delivery by the Sponsor or its representatives.
8.2
Disqualification. If any one of the conditions mentioned above set out in Rule 8.1 is not met, the selected entrant will be disqualified and shall not be entitled to receive any prize, and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select at random another eligible entrant as a potential prize winner.
8.3
Delivery of Prizes: Following receipt of the selected entrant's signed declaration and release form, the Sponsor or its representatives will send the prize(s) to the winner(s). Please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for delivery.
