from points and redeeming to anything free or good online why does usa get alot of the good stuff (were sorry but we only ship to usa redisents only and the usa only) ect i joined a cool site and was easy to win and get points but later found out they only ship to usa people i won a 3$ prize but they wont ship to canada from now on i am going to check from frount to back on the sites before playing or doing anything

The answer is shipping and laws.

USA is a country that is smaller (than Canada) with more people, so the shipping is easier. Shipping to Canada costs much more and some packages are verified, so they (or us) have to pay more.

In Quebec, there are some laws about contests and winning free stuff, so that's why you often see "excluding Quebec". There are maybe some other things like that for the Canada in general, I guess...

Plus, you went on the site, earned something and they don't have to pay you, while keeping a good reputation toward their USA members.

USA does get a lot of the good sites, yeah. But keep in mind we are lucky. We have some pretty good sites in Canada & there are other countries that barely have any.
