How it was decided was Each person had so many tickets as above, and instead of mixing names in a hat (I cheated) and put them in order) Since Barry (the mod is on) I emailed him to pick a number between 1 and 215 and then he chose it. (not knowing the order) He chose 99

And the winner is CYWPAMELA ( go figure she had 135 posts)

I just wanted to clarify that CWYPamela is now a moderator, She became Moderator on Thursday and the contest was done Sunday. Winner chosen today. but for 95% of the running contest she was a member and only for the last 3 days of the contest she was a moderator. There was no favoritism or anything of that sort. She had the most amount of tickets and the odds were in her favor she had close to 50% of the tickets.

I won't be doing another one like this again, based on that this contest was very hard to keep track of post counts.
