Well that depends on what you want to do. You can start a new thread in just about any section. Just click new thread and add a recipe, contest, coupon, deal etc. You can also add posts by communicating with others on the site. See a recipe you would really like to try, than leave a comment about it or thank the person for posting it. If you notice something that might be useful to others you can add it to a post too. For example if someone posts that there is a sale on bananas at Walmart you could add to that post that when you visited Walmart you also noticed that there was nailpolishes on clearance for $1.99. or create a brand new post under the deal section and tell everyone about your bargin finds.

Hope this helps and remember the more you participate the more you can get in rewards- It is just our little way of saying thank you for sharing great content on the site.

Look right under your username. It says Join Date, Location, then....Posts.
Looks like you have 4 so far.
