Ive never stuck this long with a forum before but i think i will still be here when Im 80 years old in my rocking chair with approximately 20-25 cats living with me. (at least with my coupons i could feed them all)

so say you find a canadian coupon, you click on search ( in the blue bar near the top) and search for it to see if it is already posed on here. If it is NOT already posted, click on forum and find the canadian coupons forum click on it, and then hit the new thread button.

once on the new thread page you, insert a title simply saying what the coupons for/and how much its worth (ex. Kraft sizzling salads $1 off) then make sure you put where to get the coupon and the expiry date if one is stated
