HOW TO ENTER/ ENTRY DEADLINES


The Contest begins at 10:00am PDT on Saturday, May 16, 2009 and closes at 11:59 p.m. PDT on Sunday, September 27, 2009 (the "Contest Period").

There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest. There is one (1) way to enter the Contest: by completing an online entry form. Although online access and a valid email account are required in order to participate in this contest, no purchase of any kind is required. Many public libraries, retail business and others offer free access to computers and a number of Internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts.


Limit of one (1) entry per person. All entries must be submitted no later than the end of the Contest Period. Illegible, incomplete, late or garbled entries will be disqualified.

THE PRIZES

There are a total of five hundred and twelve (512) prizes (collectively, the "Prizes", each, a "Prize"), made up of a Grand Prize, ten prizes of A&W/Dodge leather and melton jackets (2nd to 11th prizes) and five hundred Uncle Burger™ certificates (12th to 511th prizes). In addition, an “Early Bird” Draw prize of a trip for two to the 2009 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Las Vegas is available to be won.

The Grand Prize is a 2009 Dodge Challenger SXT with an approximate retail value of $29,500.00 CDN. Licence, registration, insurance and gas are the responsibility of the winner.

The approximate retail value of prizes 2 through 11, the A&W/Dodge leather and melton jackets is $249.00 CDN each.

The approximate retail value of prizes 12 through 511, the Uncle Burger certificates is $5.00 CDN each.

The Early Bird Draw Prize is a trip for two (2) people to the 2009 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Las Vegas, Nevada and includes : (a) two (2) return airfares (economy class) from the major Canadian airport nearest the winner’s residence to Las Vegas, Nevada; (b) one (1) hotel room (based on double occupancy), for three (3) consecutive nights at a hotel to be selected by A&W in its discretion; (c) two (2) three-day passes to the Barrett-Jackson Auction (October 7-10, 2009); (d) A&W and Barrett-Jackson apparel, as selected by A&W; and (e) Four Hundred US Dollars ($400US). The approximate retail value of the Early Bird Draw Prize depends on the travel-related and hotel components selected. Total approximate Early Bird Draw Prize value, based on Toronto departure: $4,000.00 CDN.

Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. No additions or substitutions will be permitted and no compensation will be provided if a confirmed winner and/or their guest to claim or use any portion of any Prize within any relevant expiration period nor if a confirmed winner fails to accept any Prize as awarded or within the deadlines established in these Rules. Note: Early Bird Draw Prize requires travel from October 7-10, 2009, with valid Canadian passports.

Each confirmed winner and the guest of the Early Bird Draw Prize winner is responsible for all costs and expenses incurred that are not explicitly detailed in the description of the Prizes above, including without limitation (for the Early Bird Draw Prize): ground transportation to/from all airports and hotels, parking charges, cancellation fees, all other applicable taxes, excess baggage charges, governmental fees and levies, fuel surcharges and other non-ticket costs and charges, in-room mini-bar and snacks, in-room movie and video game services, personal expenses and other items of a personal nature, meals, beverages, gratuities, insurance, optional excursions or activities. Travelers are responsible to ensure that they have appropriate travel documents (such as passports) as may be required. No alternate travel arrangements will be provided if the Early Bird Draw Prize winner is unable to travel on the flights first arranged by A&W.

Chance of winning a Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received by the applicable draw date. Limit: one Prize per person.
